A cool track from the Experimental Album II is Effulgent. I’m also partial to Glomming On. Just so ya know.

Also plenty of Classic Al Phlipp from the ’80s on their website. Like We’ve Got Our Batteries (We’re Coming For Your Snoopy Dolls) from the 1986 album, Traumatica.

Another classic from 1986, Blessed Sacrament, gives us the classic tune, Phyllis Tickle Must Die.  And here’s the album itself:

Littoral Combat Ships

You developed an interest in Littoral Combat Ships out there, Internetz. Planning on starting a war? Or maybe you’re wondering why they are called Littoral Combat Ships. That’s because littoral mean “of, relating to, or situated or growing on or near a shore especially of the sea “.

It could also refer to the instrumental bit of music by Al Phlipp & The Woo Team, called Littoral from their superb album, The Return of the King.

Oymyakon is the Coldest Place On Earth. Because of, You Know, Global Warming.

Global Warming, relentless and unstoppable, continue to make everything cold. Now Oymyakon is in the news as the coldest place on earth.

In other news, Dena Riley plead guilt to first degree murder in the May 2006 of Marsha Spicer. Because it was part of sex “play” and it was videotaped.

Dena Riley. Who could resist a hot sex partner like that, when she says she wants to suffocate you for fun?

Marsha Spicer was way cuter.
